COURSEWORK |
| |
Complete at least one year of full-time upper level science
courses at a U.S. college or university and earn a "B"
average or higher.
Courses taken by foreign trained dentists are evaluated by
Professional Admissions at The Ohio State University and
decisions concerning the number and type of U.S. courses
required are made on an individual basis. |

DAT |

Complete the U.S. Dental Admissions Test (DAT) and score
an average of 20 or higher. |
• |
OBSERVATION HOURS |
|
Observe 20 hours with a general practice dentist in the United
States outside of a teaching facility. The observation hours
can not be done with a relative.

TRANSCRIPTS |
|
An original copy of all foreign transcripts must be sent
to ADEA as part of the AADSAS application. In addition all foreign
transcripts must be evaluated by one of the following services: |
