The College of Dentistry is centrally located on the main campus of The Ohio State University adjacent to the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. Please use the parking garage address when using navigation (see Parking below).
Main Entrance
New Student Dental Clinics and Ohio State Dental Faculty Practice (OSDFP)
The main entrance to the Student Dental Clinics and OSDFP is on 11th Avenue near the 11th Ave. Parking Garage. After parking, cross Neil Avenue and enter our Dental Clinic entrance on the corner of 11th and Neil Avenues.
Advanced Clinics and Dental Oncology Clinic
The main entrance to the Advanced Dental Clinics and the Dental Oncology Clinic is on W. 12th Avenue across from the 12th Ave. Parking Garage. Enter the building from W. 12th Avenue at street level. The Dental Clinic entrance will be on your left. Take the elevator just inside the Dental Clinic entrance to the main reception desk on the 1st floor. If your clinic is on another floor, please proceed to that floor to check in.
Directions
There are construction projects occurring at and around Ohio State. Please add extra time in your driving schedule in case of traffic delays.
From the North
- Take I-270 to SR 315 south
- Take the Lane Ave. exit
- From SR 315 south, turn left onto Lane Avenue
- Turn right onto Olentangy River Road
- Turn left onto John Herrick Drive

- The 12th Avenue Garage is on your right. Please go to the ground floor and enter the building from W. 12th Avenue at street level
For the Student Dental Clinics and the Ohio State Dental Faculty Practice
- PASS the 12th Avenue Garage to continue to the 11th Avenue Garage, which is much closer to your appointment
- Turn right onto Neil Avenue
- Turn left onto 11th Avenue
- The 11th Avenue Garage is on your right
From the East
- Take I-670 West to SR 315 north
- Take Medical Center Drive/King Avenue exit
- Turn left onto Cannon Drive
- Turn right onto John Herrick Drive

The 12th Avenue Garage (340 W. 12th Ave., 43210) is nearest to the Advanced Dental Clinics and the Dental Oncology Clinics. The garage is located on the south side of John H. Herrick Dr. If the 12th Avenue Garage is full, please use the 11th Avenue Garage, located at 229 W. 11th Avenue, just east of Neil Avenue.
